Welcome to the business model that changed my life forever.

For 16 years, I worked in hospitality, starting as a dishy in the UK, scrubbing plates and cleaning floors. I slowly climbed the ranks, learning every corner of the hotel and restaurant world.

In 2015, I boarded a one-way flight from Manchester to Sydney in search of something more… something different… and, honestly, some sunshine.

I threw myself into the industry here in Australia, determined to rise.

By 2022, I landed my first General Manager role, building one of the country’s most iconic properties from the ground up and reporting to directors in Dubai.

I thought I had made it. Six-figure salary. A mortgage. Two beautiful kids. A stunning wife. Business and First Class flights. Gold credit cards. The dream life… right?

Wrong.

Behind the scenes, debt was building. Our spending habits were broken. The more I bought, the emptier I felt. My anxiety and depression crept in, and slowly, the cracks began to show.

Then in November 2024, everything shifted. I got a call from my father in the UK, he’d been diagnosed with terminal cancer.

That wasn’t the exact moment I changed, but it was the wake up call I didn't know I needed.

It was the moment that cracked me wide open.

On December 27, 2024, I made the first decision that saved my life:

I put the beer down… and I went for a walk. That one walk turned into a complete transformation.

Over the next six months, I made some of the biggest decisions of my life.

I stripped away distractions. I stopped numbing the pain. I started asking deeper questions. And most importantly, I decided to take back control. The depression, the fog, the feeling of being lost, it began to lift. I knew there must be a way to live my dream and do so from anywhere in the world and buy back my time, instead of trading my time for money. I needed a way to earn a living without sacrificing time with my family, and the freedom to travel back to the UK whenever we needed.

It started with e-commerce and drop shipping but I quickly realised I wasn't passionate about what I was doing. Then one day I connected with a like minded man called Jordan. This is where my life changed forever, again.

Today, I’m still the General Manager of the estate I helped create. But soon, that will just be a chapter in my story.

Because now… I’ve found something real. A business that gives me purpose, a community that pulls me forward, a future I can build around my family, not away from them.
